Many manufacturers wrap up their product warranties in endless terms and conditions, so if you do need to call upon it you may be surprised what isn’t covered. Instead, we adopt a common sense approach to our product warranty and our customers’ experience of using our products.
Unparalleled Warranty Cover as Standard
Every one of our Mini PC and Rack PCs comes with a 2-year return to base warranty as standard. It’s hard to find another manufacturer who offers a Parts and Labour warranty like us!
Critically, this entitles you to immediate business day telephone support from our UK-based team, should you encounter a problem. There are no online forms to fill in, and no hours spent waiting around for first response – just knowledgeable and friendly staff at the end of a phone, ready to help.
Where simple fixes can be identified using remote diagnosis, replacement parts are shipped directly to you without delay. Should remote diagnosis not determine a fault, our ‘common sense’ warranty includes a return to base policy, with a 2 business day turnaround on most diagnosed repairs.
It means G2 Digital customers can purchase our products with the utmost confidence that wait times in the event of a problem will be kept to an absolute minimum.
What happens if I have an issue after my Warranty ends?
Many manufacturers will declare their product warranty null the day after expiry; but we don’t think that’s fair.
We treat out of warranty support claims with the same proactive responsiveness as products still under warranty. Instead we take a pragmatic approach and will pass on manufacturer warranties where they still exist.
Our first priority is always to keep the machine operational, decommissioning being our absolute last resort. If the product needs replacement, we will propose a like-for-like alternative and offer a quote accordingly in advance of any work undertaken.

While we will do whatever we can to provide both a diagnosis and a fix remotely, this isn’t always possible. It may be the case that we identify a fix that requires on-site support. Still acting as your first line of contact, we’ll send an engineer to your site within 4 business hours to resolve the issue.
We offer both a Next Business Day and a 7×24 support package, with out-of-hours options in the event of an emergency. Due to the nature of our on-site warranty offering, these packages are currently restricted to fixed install units only rather than touring machines. Full details are available on request.
