Support in a snap
In our latest development we have added an even faster and more convenient way to access your units details. Locate and scan one of the QR codes on your G2 Digital system. These can be found on the front, rear or base of the system. A scan will take you directly to the system’s page.
Have your own in-house support team or just want these stickers custom branded? We can feature your logo and contact details as well as adjust the QR code to link to any URL of your choice. Just provide your account manager with your logo and the details requested and we will provide the custom stickers on all your future units at no additional cost.
Once registered you can see which products you’ve ordered, including their serial numbers and specification. You can email the specification to a colleague or to G2 Digital’s sales team for a new up to date quote. We have made it possible for you to request a copy invoice at the click of a button, we will remind you of your product warranty’s expiry date, giving you the option to extend this should you wish.
Drivers and Firmware Updates
Make sure your PC is always up to date by downloading the latest relevant drivers and firmware updates. We make this process a breeze by directing you to the correct latest drivers for your machine so that you don’t need to hunt them down yourself.
We understand that should a problem occur getting your rackmount workstation or Mini PC back up and running is a top priority. Our portal will allow you to quickly and easily create and track returns. To return a product, simply enter its serial number, attach photos, describe the fault and you’re off. All your personal details will be automatically entered, based on your profile. You can view past or current returns, to see which are pending, open, or closed, depending on where they are in the process. Once a return is closed, we’ll give you a detailed response as to our understanding of the fault and explain how we’ve resolved it.
If you don’t want to register, either because you have only made a small order or you don’t need a full account, you can still view the details of your order via the portal. All you need to do is enter your G2 Digital computer’s serial number and you’ll be granted limited access.
