Every machine is configured to the customer’s specification and is typically dispatched in 3 – 4 working days for small quantities. We also carry a wide range of standard components, which drastically reduces the manufacturing lead time and means we are well placed to respond quickly to an emergency order should this be required.
For larger orders, dispatch times may change, although we do everything we can to suit your desired timescales without compromise to the final product.
As standard all UK mainland orders are shipped via our Next-Day Courier service.
Any urgent requirements for timed deliveries can also be catered for – if you have any queries with regards to this or would like further information on our delivery policy, please contact us.
Just like our warranty promise, we adopt a “common sense” approach to product returns. There is no separate telephone number for support, just call our main sales number and we will connect you with an engineer to discuss your issue.
In most instances, we are able to remotely diagnose any issues you may be experiencing with the product, and where we can, identify a fix. We take pride in our responsiveness and ability to rectify problems swiftly with the minimal amount of fuss.
In the unlikely event that a fix or onsite repair is not possible, subject to approval, we will arrange for return of the product where it will be assessed by our engineers, repaired and returned within 72hrs.
We are also aware that in some situations the specification doesn’t fulfil your intended requirement. Where possible we can arrange for the unit to come back and be rebuilt or upgraded to a revised specification, and will only charge for the upgrade price.
Returns first require approval so please contact us to discuss your issue and obtain return merchandise authorisation (RMA). Please do not return products without an RMA number otherwise they will be rejected.
