We are still open for business
Following the government’s announcement on the 23rd March that the UK is now in lockdown in an attempt to curb the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19, we wanted to assure our customers that we are still open for business. We are currently doing everything we can to fulfil both existing and any new orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, while ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our staff by following the government’s guidelines.
The impact on G2 orders
While we are very much open, we do have limited manufacturing capacity at this moment in time, which may have an impact on some delivery timescales. However, our couriers remain fully operational, so in spite of any anticipated delays, you can be certain you will receive your order soon. Likewise, our friendly and accessible team is functioning as normal during usual business hours, so please feel free to contact us with any queries.
In addition to potential delays, the fluctuating exchange rate as a result of the current circumstances does mean pricing may vary from our website prices. Therefore, if you require a quote, please speak to us directly and we’ll provide you with an accurate cost.
The good news
What’s pleasing to hear is that more and more people are beginning to return to work in China, which means the component stock shortages we’ve been experiencing of late should hopefully be coming to an end over the coming months.
