Intel’s epic i9-9900K CPU meets a water-cooled 2U PC

With a requirement to run Intel’s impressive flagship i9-9900K CPU at a stable 5GHz over a sustained period of time, we built a bespoke 2U PC for our customer that harnessed water-cooling to reduce the processor’s resulting surge in heat. By reengineering the necessary components to fit neatly into a 2U case, designing custom fans, and adding a reliable redundant power supply unit to the mix, we delivered the perfect solution.
