Taking our NUC products to next generation performance levels

At G2 Digital, we are delighted to announce the update of our 1U NUC and Fanless NUC products from 11th Gen. to 13th Gen. Core Processors (Raptor Lake).

Building on the groundbreaking innovations of 11th gen Intel® Core™ CPUs – the last generation of chips to be used in these products – the latest lineup offers new and exciting possibilities for developers, video and 3D creators and deadline-pressed multitaskers.

With innovative technologies, including Performance Hybrid Architecture and the Intel® Thread Director, the new lineup provides a 49% improvement in performance.

With a turbo frequency of up to 5.0 GHz, the new processors push the boundaries of speed and responsiveness, harnessing the power of up to 12 cores and 16 threads, empowering users to seamlessly tackle the most challenging tasks with ease.

We carried out rigorous thermal and general performance testing to measure the difference in performance in our Fanless NUC with the 13th gen board and we can report some highly encouraging results.

One of the great advantages of the Raptor Lake lineup is its innovative hybrid architecture, first introduced with the 12th Gen of Intel® Core™ processors. This improved aspect is better than ever, offering unparalleled power and versatility.

Two types of cores – performance and efficiency – power the enhanced performance of the new generation chips.

P-cores are a distinct advantage with intricate rendering projects, delivering seamless performance, unmatched efficiency, and lightning-fast execution, while improved E-cores help users to better manage multi-threaded workloads and background tasks than ever before.

Rather than having to manage these cores individually, the game-changing Intel® Thread Director, available on 13th-Gen Intel® Core™ Mobile processors, will revolutionise the way you tackle workloads.

With the improved Intel® Thread Director integrated into these CPUs, your computing tasks are distributed to the most suitable core, making your computer more efficient.

The Raptor Lake lineup also offers users the freedom to harness the full potential of the latest DDR5 5600 MT/s memory, providing lightning-fast frequencies and high bandwidth, facilitating seamless multitasking.
