- Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our site work and to measure its performance.
Types of cookies we use:
- Essential cookies – required for site functionality (e.g. cart, checkout and form spam protection by CleanTalk)
- Functionality cookies – to provide features you choose to use (e.g. live chat by Social Intents and our newsletter sign-up pop-up).
- Analytics cookies – to understand how visitors use our site (e.g. Google Analytics, and session recording by Browsee, with form fields masked)
- Marketing cookies – to personalise ads, measure effectiveness and identify visiting businesses (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Reddit and Lead Forensics). This includes Google Ads enhanced conversions, explained in Section 6
You will be asked to consent via our cookie banner when first visiting our site.
You can change or withdraw consent anytime using your browser or the cookie icon at the bottom of our website.
- Digital Marketing and Remarketing
With your consent, we may use limited information (such as your email or cookie ID) for:
- Targeted advertising through platforms like Google Ads (including YouTube), Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn and Reddit
- Measuring which of our adverts lead to enquiries on our website
- Email campaigns for products similar to those you have purchased or enquired about. We send these using Mailchimp, which tells us when emails are opened and links are clicked. You can sign up through the newsletter pop-up on our website.
We use hashed or pseudonymised data wherever possible. When we share your email address or phone number with advertising platforms, it is hashed first so the platform never receives it in readable form.
When you submit a form on our website and have accepted marketing cookies, we use Google Ads enhanced conversions. Your email address and phone number are converted into a secure code (a process called hashing) in your browser before being sent to Google. Google uses this to match your enquiry to any of our adverts you clicked, which helps us see which ads are working. If you decline marketing cookies, this does not happen. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie icon at the bottom of our website.
You can opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us at sales@g2digital.co.uk.

- Government authorities where required by law
Our service providers are bound by contracts ensuring they only process data on our instructions. Some partners, including Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Reddit, also use this data for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.
We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
- International Data Transfers
