Twenty years ago, G2 Digital built a 1U PC around a mini-ITX motherboard and a FlexATX PSU. That unit is still in production today – same form factor, evolved specification and two decades of live deployments.
That’s the environment G2 Digital’s 1U PC was built for. Twenty years on, it remains one of our most specified and trusted product lines.

We have customers running units that have been on-site, active, 24 hours a day, for over ten years. When they came back to expand their deployments, the new units matched the old ones. Same form factor, same stability since 2006.
Engineered for unforgiving environments
Live events. Broadcast. AV production, maritime and defence - environments where thermals run hard for long stretches without opportunity to intervene once a deployment is live. The 1U was built for sustained loads limited serviceability and no tolerance for instability.
The same applies in AI, Maritime and Defence applications — environments where field serviceability is limited and uptime is imperative.
